1. Complimentary Shipping

We are delighted to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required. Each luxury item is shipped securely using premium, insured courier services to ensure it reaches you safely.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery within metropolitan areas takes 2-3 business days. Deliveries to non-metro locations may take up to 4-6 business days.

Please note that customized or engraved jewellery requires additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace the journey of your package. You can also track your order directly from the "My Orders" section in your Profile.
